The Entrainment Method

Nervous systems naturally fall into rhythm with the steadiest, most regulated wave in the room. That is entrainment, and it is why the group works where solo effort stalls. Together we move into coherence, the open state where old patterns unclench and new ones install. You are not chasing the shift. You are relaxing into it.

Somatic Intention Setting

This is the missing piece other practices leave out. My proprietary protocol bypasses conscious effort entirely, so your subconscious and your nervous system can shift without you forcing anything. No white-knuckling. No striving. You simply set the intention, and let the body do what the body knows.

You are doing it right

Whatever you experience in the room, you are doing it right. There is no test to pass and nothing to be good at. Notice the small evidence that something moved, and you will keep noticing more. This is how lasting change finally holds once life resumes.

Why group

Alone, the nervous system stays on guard. Together, it softens.

We are wired to regulate through one another. It is called co-regulation, and it is the oldest form of safety we know. In a group, that wiring becomes the work itself. A room of nervous systems settling in unison reaches a depth that solitude rarely allows. The field does what effort cannot.
